These terms and conditions govern all use of the MEEGA DIAMOND JEWELRY website (the “website”). By browsing the website, using our services or placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. If you do not accept any part of them, please stop using the website.

We may revise these terms at any time without prior notice, and the current version will always be published on this page. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the revised terms.

Improper use

You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that offends public order and good morals; not to publish false, defamatory, threatening or infringing content; not to attempt to access systems, databases or other users' accounts without authorisation; and not to introduce any program that could damage the website.

Where such use is found, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the website immediately, and to take any action available to us under the applicable law.

Warranty

Every piece is quality checked before it leaves us and is covered against manufacturing faults under the terms printed on the warranty card supplied with it. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, normal wear, or by alteration carried out by anyone other than our own workshop.

Information, imagery and product details on the website are provided as a guide only. The colour of a stone or a setting on screen may differ slightly from the piece itself, depending on the device you are viewing it on.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify the company, its directors, employees and agents against any loss, cost or legal fee arising from your breach of these terms, or from any use of the website that infringes the rights of a third party.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of benefit arising from the use of — or inability to use — the website, except where the loss results from our own wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

Use of the website

All content, product photography, design work, trade marks and logos on the website are the intellectual property of the company or of its licensors. They may not be reproduced, adapted, republished or used commercially without our written permission.

We work to keep the website available at all times, but service may be interrupted for maintenance or by events beyond our control. We do not warrant that the website will be free of errors or continuously available.

Termination

We may suspend or end service to any user immediately and without notice where these terms have been breached, where use of the website causes harm to us or to other users, or where the law requires it.

Once your use ends, your right to access the website ends with it, though the sections covering intellectual property, limitation of liability and indemnity remain in force. Orders already confirmed and paid for before that point are not affected.

Privacy and personal data

We collect only the personal data we need in order to serve you: your name, email address, telephone number and delivery address. It is used to verify your identity, process and deliver your order, issue accounting documents, and contact you about after-sales care.
